GATEWAY OF INDIA - A monument built in 20th
century in Mumbai, capital city of Maharashtra, situated at the end of
Chhatrapati Shivaji Marg at the water's edge in Mumbai Harbour. This gateway
was built in 1924, designed by George Wittet, a British architect. The design
of the monument is a mix of Roman triumphal arch.
The Gateway
is also termed as TajMahal of Mumbai because of topmost tourist attraction, and
