The Great God of the Cave - Kandariya Mahadeva Temple - Chhatarpur Madhya Pradesh

The Great God of the Cave - Kandariya Mahadeva Temple is located in the Chhatarpur district of Madhya Pradesh in Central India. It is in the Khajuraho village, and the temple complex is spread over an area of 6 square kilometres (2.3 sq mi). It is largest and most ornate Hindu temple in the medieval temple group found at Khajuraho in Madhya Pradesh, India. 


 This temple built-in 1050 AD by the Chandela King Vidydhara, with over 900 sculptures carved into sandstone stacked without mortar. The Kandariya Mahadev temple is a fine example of the craftsmanship of the medieval times.


Madhya Pradesh is one of the largest states in central India. Hindu and Jain temples at Khajuraho are world famous. You can also take amusement of numerous national parks.

International Kite Festival - January 2017 - Uttarayan Festival - Tourism in Ahmedabad Gujarat

The International Kite Festival, called as Uttarayan is one of the biggest festivals celebrated in Gujrat, Western state of India.  International Kite Festival is celebrated from 07 Jan to 15 Jan 2017 every year. Island Tourism Festival in Port Blair: 6th Jan to 15th Jan 2017- Tourism in Andaman and Nicobar Islands

The 10 Day’s longs festival is going to be celebrated from 6th Jan to 15th Jan 2017 and it will with an inaugural function at ITF ground Port Blair in Andaman & Nicobar, one of the seven union territories of India. This festival is celebrated every year during December – January month. The Island Tourism Festival (ITF) is organized by the Andaman & Nicobar Administration. This Festival is an annual celebration of cultural event to promote tourism and entertainment of islanders. The main events are organized at Port Blair. Some small programs is also organized in different places such as Wimberlygunj, Wandoor, Neil, Havelock, Rangat, Mayabunder, Diglipur, Hut Bay, Car Nicobar, Kamorta and Campbell Bay.
